Offline programming of six-axis KUKA Krc4 robots plus attached external axis, used for various applications in the automotive component manufacturing field, for example:
• handling process;
• welding through electrical resistance or spot welding;
• "MigMag" electric arc welding
• non-removable joining by riveting;
• jointing without additional components (clinching);
• joining several components by screwing;
• combining several components by hot soldering process;
The parts manufacturing lines are part of the bodywork (BodyShop), assistance during the production of the new Audi A6 and A7.
Project started in 2017 and ended in June 2018.

• joining several components by screwing;
• Combining several components by hot soldering process.
The parts manufacturing lines are part of the bodywork (BodyShop), assistance during the production of the new Porsche 911 variant 992.
Project started in 2018 and ended in Mai 2019.
